Wer kann Empfehlungen abgeben und wer kann empfohlen werden?
Jeder, der unser Engagement für Tiermedizin teilt, kann Empfehlungen abgeben. Die empfohlene Person muss volljährig sein, darf sich in den letzten 12 Monaten nicht selbst beworben haben und darf bisher keinen Kontakt zu filu gehabt haben.
Für welche Positionen gelten die Empfehlungen und wie reichst Du diese ein?
Empfehlungen gelten für Vets, Medical Directors, Praxismanager und TFA/Service Manager (m/w/d) für alle filu Standorte. Schicke eine E-Mail an jobs@filu.vet mit Deinem Namen, dem Namen und den Kontaktdaten des Kandidaten, der gewünschten Position und den Gründen für die Empfehlung. Der Kandidat sollte vor der eigenen Bewerbung empfohlen werden.
Wie wird die Prämie ausgezahlt?
Die Prämie beträgt insgesamt 3000€, wovon 1000€ nach dem ersten Anstellungsmonat und 2000€ nach bestandener Probezeit (6 Monate) ausgezahlt werden.

Mehrere Empfehlungen sind unbegrenzt möglich, jedoch wird nur die erste Empfehlung eines Kandidaten berücksichtigt (First come, first serve). Anpassungen oder das Stoppen des Programms sind jederzeit möglich, wobei laufende Prozesse abgeschlossen werden. Chancengleichheit und Vielfalt sind uns wichtig: Bei filu zählen Talent und Engagement, unabhängig von Geschlecht, Herkunft oder Alter.

I have been with filu with my dog Zeus since he was a puppy and can heartily recommend this veterinary practice. Everyone there is very nice and friendly with the animals, whether they are vets or nurses. By the way, the practice is super clean and ultra-modern. Unfortunately, my dog had to have fairly invasive surgery early on as a puppy and everything worked out wonderfully there! Absolute recommendation, always happy to come back here.
I got an appointment for my dog at very short notice (as a new patient) because she wasn't feeling well at all. We were treated well and competently. In addition, this is the first vet where my dog was not afraid and even went to the treatment table of his own accord. We love staying patients here!
