We rely on recommendations and a strong community. With our "Friends of Friends" program, we reward successful referrals with a bonus of €3000!

Who can make referrals and who can be referred?
Anyone who shares our commitment to veterinary care can make referrals. The person being referred must be of legal age, must not have applied to us in the last 12 months, and must not have had any prior contact with filu.
For which positions do the referrals apply and how can you submit them?
Referrals apply to Vets, Medical Directors, Practice Managers, and TFA/Service Managers (m/f/d) for all filu locations. To submit a referral, send an email to jobs@filu.vet with your name, the candidate's name and contact details, the desired position, and the reasons for your referral. The candidate should be referred before submitting their own application.
The reward will be paid out after the successful hiring of the recommended candidate and the successful completion of their probation period.
The reward amounts to a total of €3000, with €1000 paid after the first month of employment and €2000 after successfully completing the probation period (6 months).
Further important information:
Multiple recommendations are possible, but only the first recommendation of a candidate will be considered (first come, first serve). Adjustments or the discontinuation of the program can be made at any time, but ongoing processes will be completed. Everyone there is very nice and friendly with the animals, whether they are vets or nurses. By the way, the practice is super clean and ultra-modern. Unfortunately, my dog had to have fairly invasive surgery early on as a puppy and everything worked out wonderfully there! Absolute recommendation, always happy to come back here.
I got an appointment for my dog at very short notice (as a new patient) because she wasn't feeling well at all. We were treated well and competently. In addition, this is the first vet where my dog was not afraid and even went to the treatment table of his own accord. We love staying patients here!
